2020 is upon us even though I’m still processing my 2019. I usually like to use the new year as an excuse to take stock of where I am and where I’d like to be going, but I haven’t been feeling like I have the bandwidth to set elaborate or aggressive goals for myself. This year I need to be a little gentler with myself, so I’m taking a slightly different approach.
