I like goals. I’m very into setting goals for myself, and make a point of reevaluating my goals and my life on a regular basis. A few times in the past I’ve followed rubrics or used workbooks to help me set and break down my annual goals. But the same thing always seems to happen: While I start out the new year with the best of intentions, by the time the year is halfway over, surprise life disasters have popped up and totally derailed me from achieving my goals.
For next year, I put together my own workbook that embraces all the bad things that happened this year (so far) to help me learn from them and plan for a better 2019. I am thrilled to share my workbook with you.

What If 2019 Sucks is a printable 11-page PDF that walks you through 2018’s highs and lows and helps you decide what changes to make for 2019. It helps you figure out how to get the support you need and makes sure that you’ll have some fun next year, too. I hope it’s as useful for you as it’s already been for me.
